Tactile models
Microorganisms, live animals in zoos or as specimens in exhibitions are often out of reach. They cannot or must not be touched.
Making tactile models is one of my specialities.
Tactile models are a plus for any exhibition and offer easier access to a lot of information, and not just in the context of inclusion. A good tactile model is usually not a mere repetition of what is visible, but emphasises important information and is adapted to the capabilities of the visually impaired.
